The +Co. app is an internal staff application for employees and approved team members of Maumee Street Kitchen & Taproom and Musgrove + Company (together, “we”). It is not a consumer product and collects only what is needed to run our workplace.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are disclosed only to our messaging provider (Twilio) and the delivering carrier, strictly to deliver the messages you asked for. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
What we send. Operational messages to our own employees only: published schedules, shift changes, open-shift coverage requests, and time-sensitive workplace notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text members of the public.
How you opt in. Consent is given by ticking an optional checkbox during staff onboarding at maumeestreet.com/staff/join or maumeestreet.com/cic/join. The box is not pre-selected and is not required to complete onboarding or to be employed here. We record the consent and the date it was given on the employee record. Only employees who tick the box receive messages.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with the schedule and with events at work — in normal operation, a small number of messages per week.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also contact cheers@maumeestreet.com or (517) 815-6575. Opting out of text messages has no effect on your employment.

Data is stored on our private, access-controlled servers. Payroll and tax records are retained as required by federal and Michigan law; other records are kept only as long as operationally needed.
Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the business (e.g., payroll processing, and Twilio for message delivery) and as required by law. Managers can see work-related information (schedules, timesheets, onboarding status) for their own location only.
You may decline any device permission — related features simply won't function. To review, correct, or delete your information, or for any privacy question, contact cheers@maumeestreet.com. Employment records subject to legal retention will be deleted when retention periods end.
