Access is limited to current employees and approved team members. Your access ends when your employment or engagement ends. Do not share your PIN or let anyone else use your account.
Use the app for work. Do not use it to harass anyone, to post unlawful content, or to access information that isn't yours to see. Guest information, payroll details, and other people's personal data are confidential and stay inside the company.
If you opt in, we send operational texts — schedules, shift changes, and urgent workplace notices. We do not send marketing texts.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We work to keep schedules and shift information correct, but the app is a tool, not the final word. If something looks wrong, check with your manager.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
